Gala at the Novotel Poznan Centrum Hotel

The Novotel Hotel located in the center of Poznan was the venue of our client’s annual gala. The meeting was attended by 400 guests, who began their stay with an Oscar-themed conference. In order to enable adequate contact between the participants and the host, “live” image was displayed on a screen at the back of the stage and on TV screens located on the sides of the hall. An additional attraction was a performance of MultiVisual, finalists of the 5th edition of Poland's Got Talent, which served as interludes for individual parts of the gala. Special decorations and lighting of the hall emphasized the formal nature of the event, featuring a dedicated backdrop for taking photos with the possibility of receiving an instant copy. After the conference, the hall was prepared for a dinner at round tables, and the Czerwone Buty cover band together with a DJ appeared on the stage and invited the guest to join the fun.
