Catamaran Regatta and Visit to MRU

The Navigator Hotel is a newly-opened property, beautifully situated by Lake Błędno in Zbąszyń. Surrounded by a nature protection area (Natura 2000), bike lanes and tourist attractions, it was a perfect venue for a team-building event organized at the request of our regular client. The participants started the day with a conference which was followed by a catamaran sailing course. Being very maneuverable and fast, those exceptional boats are an interesting alternative for traditional yachts. As soon as the guests completed their course, it was time for them to take part in a regatta. The contenders had to cover a designated distance on the lake in the shortest possible time. The winners were awarded with medals and bottles of champagne. The ceremony was followed by a party which featured music played by a DJ. The next day, after a night’s rest, the guests were ready to visit Międzyrzecz Fortification Region (Międzyrzecki Rejon Umocniony), a unique fortified military defense line. After the exploration of underground tunnels, the visitors were taken for a drive in a historic armored personnel carrier.
