Conference at Municipal Stadium in Poznań

The Municipal Stadium in Poznań, reconstructed for Euro 2012, is not only a major attraction for football fans and tourists but also a new interesting venue for corporate meetings, like the one we recently organized for one our clients. The conference was complemented with extra highlights for the guests. After the obligatory subject-matter part, the spotlights went on and we invited the participants to a tour of the stadium. Professional guides showed the guests the most interesting features of the facility, which hosts Lech Poznań games on a daily basis. The group, amounting to nearly 200 people, was then invited to take part in dart and table football championships. The mood was set by a DJ and a professional MC who cheered for the contenders and kept the spirits high throughout the game. The participants could refresh themselves at buffet tables laid out for them before the event. The winners were awarded with balls featuring autographs from Lech Poznań footballers, books and other club gadgets. Our guests found the Municipal Stadium in Poznań very much to their taste, and we will certainly bear it in mind while looking for venues in the future.
