Integration games constitute an essential part of every company meeting. For our client we prepared an outdoor game called “In the web” - a cycle of tasks closely related to a message, its communication, reading and encoding. The group was divided into teams then which set off with the supervision of our coordinators. Their goal was to complete all the tasks, get a password and send it using handmade balloons to the “main server”. The cooperation of the whole team, the smartness of its members and a little bit of luck made it possible to achieve the goal of the game. We used the whole area of the Windsor Palace Hotel & Conference Center to place all the stations so that the teams don’t meet each other during the game. The balloons were constructed in a tent hall with music played by a DJ.
