Formal Christmas gala

Last Saturday we organized a Christmas meeting combined with a dance party in which 300 people took part. The starting point of the evening was a formal dinner where typical Christmas dishes were served. After the meal all participants received presents, whereas the MC made sure that everyone was in a good, holiday mood by inviting the Guests to take part in various competitions. The tasks prepared for that evening included making the longest Christmas tree chain, painting ornaments, unpacking presents and catching the carp. In order to provide the opportunity to watch what was going on in the room, we installed a screen of 3x4 meters and hired a professional cameraman who filmed the most important moments of the evening, with the video having been shown on the screen live. When the official part of the event finished, dancing started. The choice of appropriate music was taken care of by a DJ, whereas the lights were provided by LED PAR cans, pixel bars and moveable heads operated by professional lighting staff.
